After reading a Newsweek online article I feel like singing praises to God for Obama’s Potomac VictorieS. Read this excerpt from www.newsweek.com about last night’s results:
What was surprising, and surely worrisome to the Clinton campaign, was that Obama beat her among women, 58 to 42 percent, and pulled nearly even with her among whites, garnering 48 percent compared to her 51. He also defeated her in two other categories that she has usually dominated: lower-income groups and people without a college degree. All of which shows that Obama succeeded in broadening his coalition.
Amen and Hallelujah! If you pray, pray for Obama to finally defeat the evil twosome that is the Clinton marriage. I will never declare Obama is God’s choice. But I will say I am a Christian and my choice is Obama.
this is interesting…i find it strange, though, singing praises or praying to God for a defeat of the evil twosome but ok. i think our prayers for leaders should be focused on them making the best and wisest decisions rather than defeating political foes. but we all know this campaigning rhetoric is just petty, and besides, how we can ever be sure politicians will hold true to their ‘promises’ once in office always remains to be seen. but we’ll see what america says in november. maybe you should rename your blog ‘the obama log!’ how bout it?

Here is what it boils down to for me: the Clintons are dirty. Their record is as shady as the mafia and yet they put on a face of altruism and philanthropy. Many call it naivete and maybe it is but…I believe Barack is for real. I believe he has the ability to inspire and unify our country towards a more equal and fair society.
And by the way, my blog is called the Liberty Log…Barack promises Liberty for the pursuit of happiness for all, not just for us brownies but for all.

brownies…i just made some chocolate chip brownies that are oh so good!!
i understand what you’re saying…i guess my one question is how can you truly know what obama is like or all about when you don’t know him? it’s easy to put on a facade, and he may not be, but he is trying to win the presidential campaign. just a word of warning to not put all your hope in one man because as we know humans will inevitably let us down but there is only One who will never let us down.
sincerely,

i know you’ve posted before about your frustration toward people who make abortion the sole issue among choosing a presidential candidate but i thought it would be good for you to see this story about obama’s decision to vote against a law the would protect babies who survive abortions. it’s quite telling:

It seems you are all missing the real issue. Does Obama provide liberty for the unborn? This should be a litmus test for all Christians in regards to how they vote.
